to Verizon for the Owosso Central Office. Once collocated in Owosso,
DayStarr will be able to provide services to Owosso residents.

Today DayStarr Communications file for an extention of its CLEC license,
in Michigan, to allow DayStarr to provide service in the entire 344 LATA.

Today DayStarr Communications was approved in its application to use the
989-720-xxxx exchange in the Owosso rate center.

Today DayStarr Communications was awarded its permenant CLEC license
by the Michigan Public Service Commision.
January 21, 2003
Today DayStarr Communications was awarded a temporary CLEC license
(pending its permenant license) by the Michigan Public Service Commision.
