DayStarr Communications plans to begin deploying DSL in Michigan in the first quarter of 2003. DayStarr's first targeted central office is Owosso (989-723,725,729). Owosso is located in
central Michigan within 45 miles of Flint, Lansing, and Saginaw.
DayStarr plans to work with Owosso area provider, Michigan Online Group, to bring competitively priced DSL to the Owosso market. DSL
is currently available in Owosso through Verizon (and it's partner ISPs) however the costs charged to the partner ISPs
by Verizon make the product unsuitable for most residential uses. DayStarr Communications and Michigan Online Group
