DayStarr Communications was founded in September of 2002. DayStarr was
founded to provide a viable wholesale alternative for Internet Service Providers who wished to provide DSL services but did not wish to work with the incumbent local
exchange carrier.
In an effort to flex with the telecommunications evironment, the controllers of DayStarr Communications decided that in
addition to providing wholesale DSL services, it would be beneficial to customers to provide basic local exchange
and long distance services as well.
With this idea of providing a complete suite of telecommunications services,
DayStarr plans to roll out the new services sometime in the latter half of 2003.
